Spring Chablis Masterclass at The Vincent

Join us for an evening exploring the many sides of Chablis.

We will taste our way through a selection of wines, primarily from William Fèvre, and explore why Chablis can taste so different from one bottle to the next.

Across the evening, we will move through the Chablis hierarchy, from Petit Chablis through to Grand Cru, then look at how the region compares with a premium Australian Chardonnay and an Etna Bianco. We will also taste two vintages of the same wine side by side, offering a glimpse at how time and season can shape what is in the glass.

Expect great wines, good conversation and an approachable introduction to one of France’s most distinctive wine regions.

Your ticket includes the guided wine tasting and bread service throughout the evening. A limited oyster add-on will also be available when booking, because few things pair with Chablis quite like fresh oysters.
