About
Our wonderful volunteer tutor, Wendy, has been practicing Da Yan Qi Gong since 2018 and was given permission to teach by Grand Master Chen Zhi, the current keeper of this traditional practice.
Da Yan Qi Gong, which means “Great Bird,” is an ancient form of Qigong that began around 1,700 years ago.
Da Yan Qi Gong benefits include: - Boosts Energy Flow (Qi) - Improves Breathing & Lung Health - Reduces Stress & Anxiety - Enhances Mobility & Flexibility - Sharpens Focus & Mental Clarity - Supports Healing & Wellbeing - Connects Body, Mind, and Spirit.
This healing practice has been carefully passed down from teacher to student through many generations. Wendy is a dedicated student of Grand Master Chen Zhi, the 29th person in this line of teaching.
The first set of 64 movements focuses on healing the body from everyday wear and tear—things like injuries or illnesses that happen due to daily life.
Plan it on Keen
Keen is how mates lock in plans: see who’s free, who’s keen, and actually make it happen.
