Inspired by the world of Jane Austen, Nonsense & Sensibility transports audiences to a Regency-era society where matters of the heart, family expectations, and social etiquette collide in the most unexpected ways. Every character, conversation, song, and dramatic twist is created entirely on the spot!

Presented by Unplanned Melodies, this fully improvised musical weaves audience suggestions into a brand-new Austen-inspired tale each night. Expect witty heroines, eligible bachelors, meddling relatives, secret longings, and enough musical numbers to fill a ballroom, alongside the delightful chaos that comes from making it all up as they go.

As part of the inaugural Scary Strangers Comedy Festival, Nonsense & Sensibility offers a playful blend of literary homage, musical theatre, and spontaneous comedy.
