Monday Club is taking you on a little trip without leaving Perth! 🌴🔥

We’re bringing the heat with a playlist packed with your favourite Latin x Afro x Caribbean beats — think Reggaeton, Afrobeats, Dancehall, Soca, Bachata, Salsa and all those rhythms that make you want to move the second you hear them.

Expect a proper feel-the-rhythm, let-loose kind of night with that fun tropical-club energy we all need on a Monday.

AND…we have a little surprise for you 👀🔥 we’ve got a very special someone joining us for Island Life After Dark who you definitely won’t want to miss.

We’re keeping it a secret for now… but trust us, you’ll want to be in the room!

The room will be dark, the disco lights will be on and for 50 minutes, you get to switch off from the outside world, move your body and just have a bloody good time.

The workout is made up of simple, easy-to-follow moves designed to get you moving, toning and sculpting your body — and you absolutely do not need to be a dancer! Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who loves to turn it up, you can move at your own pace and make the workout your own.
