On the eve of spring- we gather at a time of quiet change. As the season begins to turn, TaKeTiNa offers a chance to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with ourselves through rhythm. We don't need to make anything happen. We simply enter the rhythm, return to the body, and allow the experience to unfold.
No musical experience is needed. TaKeTiNa welcomes musicians, dancers, meditators, and complete beginners alike. The practice is accessible, playful, and deeply nourishing, offering a way to meet the changing season with presence, openness, and a renewed sense of connection.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable warm clothing and bring a water bottle and yoga mat and or blanket.

Mistakes are not only welcomed but celebrated, they become gateways to deeper listening, adaptability, and presence.
