Open mics are for comedians who are looking to get better at performing and try new jokes. They're also for people who want to get on stage for the first time.
The Sydney stand up comedy scene is brimming with talent. Maybe you'll get to see the next big star? Or you might catch a drop-in from a pro comedian trying out new material?
We're located on the top floor of the Newtown Hotel in the heart of Newtown, NSW.
Tickets: Only $9 * (that's less than a drink!)
Tickets on the door: $12
Doors: 9:00pm
Show starts: 9:10pm
Want to sign up and try comedy for yourself? All you have to do is put your name in the bucket on the night. Open Mic Comedians get up to 3 minutes each to try out their material.
