Barwon Heads is coming together for a special evening of shopping, entertainment and community spirit as Community Bank Barwon Heads presents Traders Night, a celebration of the local businesses, traders and community groups that make our town such a wonderful place to live, work and visit.
On Thursday 26 November, Hitchcock Avenue will be closed to traffic between Bridge Road and Ozone Road, transforming the heart of Barwon Heads into a pedestrian-friendly space where locals and visitors can wander freely, explore the shops, enjoy delicious food, take part in activities and soak up the atmosphere in the lead-up to Christmas.
Running from 4pm to 8pm, Traders Night is an opportunity to bring the community together, encourage people to shop locally and showcase the many independent and owner-operated businesses that contribute to the character of our town.
