Set amongst lush gardens and open green spaces, guests will arrive to the warm sounds of live music from Greer Sullivan and be welcomed with a refreshing beer or glass of wine as you settle into the afternoon in our beautiful grounds. From the first pour to the final dessert, the afternoon is designed to capture the spirit of connection, celebration, and indulgence.

At the heart of the experience is the theatre of the open-flame BBQ, inspired by the rich tradition of South American Asado. Watch as the skilled Grillmaster transform premium cuts over glowing coals into beautifully charred masterpieces, filling the air with the unmistakable aroma of fire and smoke. Delight in succulent selections from our Argentinian Grill, Beast on the Spit, and Paella Station.

Families are encouraged to relax and settle into the afternoon - enjoy lawn games in The Grounds, soak in the vibrant atmosphere, and revel in the lush greenery of The Valley Estate. Long, shared family-style tables inside The Manor create a warm and social dining experience, perfect for celebrating fathers, grandfathers, and loved ones together.

To finish the celebration, our Churro Station, and roaming canapé desserts will be served throughout The Grounds, allowing guests to wander, unwind, and delight in the final moments of a truly memorable Father's Day.
