The Dolphin's biggest Melbourne Cup party is back for 2026. Gather the whole office and celebrate spring racing at Surry Hills' favourite Cup Day destination, with free-flowing canapés, cocktails, DJs and the electric atmosphere we're known for.
With multiple screens positioned throughout the venue – upstairs, downstairs, inside and out – you won’t miss a moment of the race that stops the nation, no matter where you are. Plus, Delfino's very best DJs will keep the energy high throughout the festivities.
