It is Recharge Week - the pointy end of the semester - and here's what you need: wonder, joy, and a reminder that they're worth chasing.
Filmmaker and surfer Matty Hannon spent two and a half years traveling from Alaska to Patagonia, capturing stories of people who've refused to lose themselves to the grind. The Road to Patagonia isn't a heavy documentary, it's a film about what happens when you choose connection, curiosity, and the open road over the noise.
In the film, Hannon talks about his philosophy for living: "Lacing the everyday with awe." It's exactly what students approaching exams need right now. A night to slow down and remember that wonder isn't a luxury, it fuels us. Settle in for the evening with Bean bags, free popcorn, and a film that'll remind you why it's worth staying hopeful. All are welcome.
