No experience needed.

No pressure to create something ‘good’

Just allowing yourself to be fully felt, fully expressed, fully ALIVE.

Hosted by Meg + Mel, you'll be guided through a movement practice, connecting with your intuition and rich inner world – before moving to your canvas to express it through colour.

Canvas + tools provided, a live DJ creating absolute vibes, some prompts + exercises throughout the experience, energetic activations and a whole lotta JOY.

You will leave with your own abstract artwork created by YOU + new connections, mostly with the messy and magical part of you that wants to play freely

You are invited to come, to move and to find joy (and perhaps some mic-droppy intuitive insights in the process!) THINK: a room full of music, movement, paint and humans…
