Get ready for an active day at the beach! Participants will enjoy a beach walk followed by time for a swim and relaxing outdoors. We'll spend the day getting active, enjoying the fresh air and socialising with the group.
Participants should bring suitable clothing, swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, water and anything else they may need for a day at the beach.
Lunch is not included. Participants can either BYO lunch or bring money to purchase lunch and drinks.
Love getting outdoors and being active? This Active Adventure Day is a great opportunity to enjoy the beach, get some exercise and have some fun with the group!
The day is designed for participants who are comfortable with longer walks, a faster walking pace and uneven surfaces, including sand and other natural terrain. We'll enjoy a scenic beach walk before having some time to swim and relax.
It's a great day for participants who enjoy being active, exploring the outdoors and taking on a little adventure!
NDIS Costs
The NDIS support rate is $73.58 per hour.
The activity runs for 6 hours, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an additional 1 hour of non-face-to-face administration time.
Example: 6-hour activity + 1 hour admin = 7 hours total billed time ÷ number of participants.
Total billable time: 7 hours
7 hours × $73.58 = $515.06 total
