The High Note is an intimate multisensory experience exploring the relationship between coffee, sound, light and flavour.

Hosted by Michael Tan, Co-Founder of Sabi Sounds, alongside award-winning coffee professional Hany Ezzat, this isn't a traditional coffee tasting or technical cupping. Instead, you'll move through a carefully considered coffee journey where the same sensory experience is transformed by changes in music, frequency, colour, lighting, glassware and listening conditions.

Across four coffee courses, discover how different sounds and surroundings can bring out different qualities in the cup — from sweetness and acidity to texture, aroma and flavour.
