Every Thursday evening at Mill Place Merchants, the lights dim, cocktail glasses clink and a hush settles over the room, as one of Melbourne’s finest burlesque performers saunters into the room: it’s showtime.
A captivating live burlesque residency by Nellie Noble – New Zealand's most exciting burlesque export – will take over the eclectic candle-lit speakeasy weekly.
Expect bombshell glamour, rousing choreography, enthralling physicality and artful tease, promising to keep every guest on the edge of their seat from start to finish. Rounding out two swinging live jazz sets from 8pm, the evening follows a traditional dinner-and-a-show format, where moreish bites and crafted cocktails share the spotlight.
Glamorous, playful and shimmering with sequined charm, the Thursday Tease sets the scene for romantic date nights or weeknight catch ups that feel just like stepping back in time.
