Join us at Bower Cottages Community Centre for a fun, uplifting and interactive drumming session facilitated by Relationships Australia South Australia’s Gambling Help Service.

Come along with Billy & Leon and discover how rhythm, music and connection can help lift your mood and bring people together. No drumming experience is needed — we’ll provide the drums!

Whether you have never picked up a drum before or you love making music, everyone is welcome!

No experience necessary. Drums provided. Just bring yourself and be ready to feel the rhythm!

This event is part of Wellness Day at Bower Cottages and aligns with Ageing Well Week and Mental Health Month, celebrating the importance of staying active, connected and looking after our physical and mental wellbeing.
