An event dedicated to helping women uncover the layers that’s keeping them stuck, find safety and peace in the nervous system and begin stepping into the version that feels aligned.

I am bringing Mat Pilates, Breathwork and two Special Guest Speakers to help bring this event to life.

Dress Code: Wear Pink to Honour yourself and every woman in the room.

Pink represents compassion, hope, femininity, healing and connection.

Morning tea will be provided.
