Returning to Franklin Manor brings Tasmanian chef Paul Foreman back to Charlotte's restaurant at Franklin Manor in Strahan for two evenings of fine dining.
Paul presents a six-course degustation built on the finest seasonal produce from growers, fishers and makers across Tasmania, with a few surprises along the way. The menu features Tongola Curdy, scallop with Fork It Farm Toulouse sausage, lobster with avruga caviar, Fork It Farm pork jowl, beef cheek with native pepperberry, and a white chocolate and strawberry crémeux to finish.
Dinner is served in the heritage dining room of Franklin Manor, a historic manor in Strahan and a place of tranquillity to slow down and savour. Guests keep their table for the whole evening.
Bookings are essential and a special cancellation policy applies.
