Experience an unforgettable celebration of Australian seafood and traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
Narito Ishii, widely known as the Tuna King of Australia, joins Toshi, sushi master from two hatted omakase restaurant Sushi Oe, for an exclusive tuna cutting and sashimi experience.
At the centre of the event will be an exceptional Southern Bluefin Tuna, expertly broken down and prepared before guests, showcasing the skill, precision and respect behind traditional Japanese tuna preparation.
Guests will enjoy all you can eat sashimi throughout the experience, featuring Southern Bluefin alongside a carefully selected variety of sashimi delicacies sourced from the pristine waters of the NSW South Coast.
This is a celebration of world class Japanese technique meeting some of the finest seafood our South Coast has to offer, bringing together fishermen, produce and craftsmanship for a truly unique experience.
