Join us for a goth inspired class with the music & ambiance, all held in the heritage listed Gothic style Christ Church in Milton.

Some people find it interesting that I'm a metalhead and goth yogi, but why not?

Isn't yoga an alternative to the humdrum of life? I used to be stuck in the 9-5 corporate world, and honestly, I hated it. I drank to numb myself because no matter how much money I earned, I wasn't happy, I was anxious & depressed.

It wasn't until I learned that happiness is a choice – my choice – that things changed. I could choose to be miserable, or I could choose to be happy. Yoga saved my life, without it, I would either be dead from drugs and alcohol or severely ill from stress and the toxins I was putting into my body daily. There's only so much the body and mind can take before it snaps.

From that first class, I knew yoga was a tool I could use to save myself, and I wanted to teach it to others because I KNOW it works. I'm…
