🕒 HOW THE NIGHT WILL RUN

6:00–7:15pm – Polly’s (Sparkling Wine)

Kick things off with bubbles and an easy, social start to the night.

7:30–8:30pm – Naked for Satan (Vodka Infusion)

Head up for iconic Fitzroy vibes and a tasty vodka infusion.

8:45–9:45pm – Baxter’s (Shot + Live Music from 9pm)

A Fitzroy classic – cosy, fun, and we’ll catch the start of the live music.

10:00pm onwards –Fitzroy Beer Garden (Shot + Entry)

Finish strong with a shot on arrival, plus music, DJ and dance-floor energy.
