You’ll be guided by Lee & Jade through a conscious connected breathwork journey, where breath becomes the gateway into expanded awareness, emotional release, and embodied healing. Throughout the session, live music is intuitively played by Lee & Jade, weaving a rich soundscape that moves with the energy of the room and supports the depth of your experience.

Using a blend of instruments including Singing Bowls, Tibetan Brass Bowls, Monalina, Flutes, Gong, Guitar, Crystal Harp, and layered vibrational frequencies, the sound becomes a living, responsive presence within the journey. Rather than something separate, it works in harmony with your breath, helping to soften the body, regulate the nervous system, and guide you deeper into the experience.
