Home baking recipe demo and tasting!

About

Carli is an experienced baker but likes to make things QUICK and EASY!

These classics are delicious, tasty, and so easy. There’s no fancy ingredients used here, and most recipes are one bowl. These are recipes you can make again and again and that no one will get bored of it.

But why do these recipes work? How do they react in certain ways to make a delicious treat? How can you trouble shoot basic baking issues?

I’ve collated my favourite recipes over my years of baking for loved ones, clients and markets and want to share them with you.

I don’t want to share just the taste, I want to share a bit of the why too.

Why these ingredients work. Why the recipes have certain instructions, and common issues that come up during baking.

Come along for a demo of several recipes in my recipe booklet and a chat about common baking issues, including time to ask questions about any challenges you’ve had in the past! You will be able to taste multiple recipes throughout the event - yum!

You will receive a printed recipe book to take home with recipes for desserts including brownies, blondies, slices, cookies, cupcakes and cakes. These are super simple, no-fail recipes. It’s old school baking with a modern twist - your new family favourite recipes await!

Taste some recipes, and you can BYO.
