Two sound healers, two paths, one destination. One on the Moon Gong side 🌙, one on the Jupiter Gong side ⚡.

Grant will be on the crystal bowls on the Moon side, joined this session by special guest sound healer Ramon from Spirit Trails, bringing his Tibetan singing bowls to the Jupiter side.

The Sun ☀️ watches over the Moon and Jupiter Gongs. Chiron holds what quietly sits beneath the surface.

We open with breathwork 🌬️ to guide you into the immersion — reducing stress, enhancing focus and mindfulness, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system, easing you out of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.

Just before the end of the immersion, as we slowly bring you back, we move through a very beautiful mantra. ✨

This is a 90-minute immersion. ⏱️

What to bring: 🧘 yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and an open mind, an open heart.

Doors: 🚪 open at 2:45pm and lock at 3pm when the event starts. Please arrive on time, as there is no way into the building after this.

Access: ♿ glass doors on the corner, with full lift and disability access available. Plenty of parking to the side and rear, and on the streets around the community centre.
