It’s time to breathe your way to release & bathe in sound to help ground you, body and soul.
In this beautiful experience, Liz & Melissa will guide you through a Transpersonal Breathwork journey, using techniques to help you release tension, stuck energy and trapped emotions. You will be fully supported throughout, helping you use your breath to create a personalised experience.
After Breathwork, you will be supported in your grounding through a deep sound experience, where both practitioners will weave together, using voice and instrument, helping you feel fully in your body and able to process your journey.
Take this time to honour yourself and connect inwards, in a safe & supportive space.

What you’ll need:
✨Yoga mat/camping mattress
✨Blanket
✨Thin pillow (optional)
✨Bolster (optional)
✨Journal & pen (if this is your practice)
✨Eye mask
✨Water bottle (no glass)
Please note:
✨Avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand
✨Eat light at least an hour before the session
✨Try to avoid caffeine that morning
