About

B-REX uses a foundation in dance mixing, combined with the turntablism skills from hiphop, to create genre blends & keep the mixes fresh & thumping. His scratch flow was inspired after supporting DJ Jam on two of his Australian tours, using the turntables to create a solid stream of energy, entertainment & excitement. Much like Peking Duk or Mash’d & Kutcher—both of which he’s supported, he mixes through old school bangers with new commercial & underground hits. It’s easy to show the versatility of his sets through a few of the other artists he’s supported, from Lil Jon to Dash Berlin, Hot Chip, Riton, Late Nite Tuff Guy, Alison Wonderland, North East Party House, The Wolfe Brothers & even Adam Lambert—the list is as varied as music itself.
