John Harp Drive launch their brand-new 14-track album, Zebra's Hair, in a one-night-only celebration of melodic roots-rock, blues, and unforgettable songwriting.
Built around rich vocal harmonies, expressive guitar work, soulful harmonica, and the chemistry of dual frontmen John Harp and Joe Martin, John Harp Drive have earned a reputation for dynamic live performances that move effortlessly from intimate acoustic moments to full-throttle blues-rock. The band celebrates the release of their most ambitious recording yet with an exclusive Sydney launch at Lazybones.
Opening the evening, Rachel Delgado & Her Band bring the warmth and elegance of Latin jazz, Brazilian bossa nova, and the vibrant rhythms of Mexico, Central and South America. A celebrated Chilean-Uruguayan Australian vocalist with an international recording career, Rachel's captivating performance offers the perfect contrast to the night's roots-rock finale.
Two outstanding live acts. Two distinctive musical worlds. One unforgettable night of great songs, world-class musicianship, and the launch of a remarkable new Australian album.
