we’re taking pilates out of the studio and onto the court.
flow through a 45 minute mat pilates session right on the tennis court, led by annie. it’s designed for all levels, so whether you’re a regular or brand new, you’ll leave feeling switched on and grounded.
afterwards, cool down with a freshly hand-whisked iced speciality matcha from the mélora matcha bar, made with ceremonial grade matcha from uji, kyoto.
