This full-day workshop is a combination of simple printing and stitching, suitable for all experience levels. Participants will be guided through each step, with lots of fun to be shared throughout the day.
The workshop will open up and enhance your pathway to creativity, resulting in a unique, colourful fabric panel to take home.
Cath Derksema is a Sydney-based textile artist, printmaker and founder of The Happenstore – a vibrant studio and creative hub in the Inner West of Sydney. With a background in textile design and a passion for colour and process, Cath’s workshops are beloved for their warmth, playfulness and spirit of creative exploration. Her signature screen prints and hand-stitched artworks reflect a deep love of nature, making, and the magic of imperfection.
