Join us for a dynamic Rocket® Yoga Masterclass, a strong and energising practice rooted in the traditional Ashtanga Yoga system and adapted to be more accessible, creative, and playful.
Rocket® Yoga follows a set sequence inspired by Ashtanga, while offering the freedom to modify, explore variations, and approach postures in a way that suits your body. The practice combines strength, flexibility, breath, and mindful movement, with opportunities to explore arm balances and inversions—always optional.
This masterclass is ideal for practitioners who enjoy a strong vinyasa-style practice and are curious to experience a modern evolution of Ashtanga that values both discipline and freedom.
