Join Melbourne-based healers Jen and Tessa for a deeply restorative evening designed to calm the nervous system, awaken the senses, and reconnect you with yourself through sound, energy, ritual, and community.

Held monthly, this immersive 1-hour experience blends ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, shamanic drumming, sound healing, Reiki, and energetic cleansing to create a powerful space for relaxation, healing, and inner connection.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be gently smudged to clear stagnant energy and welcomed into a warm, nurturing environment. You’ll then be served ceremonial cacao before being guided into a calming meditation to help you fully unwind and arrive in the present moment.

Together, Jen and Tessa will take you on a sound journey using shamanic drumming and other healing instruments designed to support deep relaxation, energetic alignment, emotional release, and expanded states of awareness. Throughout the session, both practitioners will also offer intuitive one-on-one Reiki healing to each participant, creating a deeply personal and supportive experience.
